1 apple, peeled and cored
1 tbsp butter
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup siggi’s 0% vanilla skyr
3 Tbsp granola
Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the apple, honey, and cinnamon, tossing to coat. Cook the apple until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Layer the vanilla skyr, apples, and granola in a jar or dish. Optionally, drizzle with a little extra honey. Enjoy!
