2 cups of your favorite granola
2 Tbs butter
Dash of salt
2 cups fresh berries, such as strawberries and blueberries
2 cups siggi’s 0% Plain skyr
Combine all crust ingredients. Press into a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
In the cooled pie crust, fill with skyr.
Add the fresh fruit toppings. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
