              2 Tbs siggi’s Plain Skyr
3-4 fresh medium radishes, sliced
a dab of butter
2 slices of rye bread
salt and pepper to taste
        Preparation
        
                      
                                
    Spread butter evenly on both slices of bread.
Add a layer of siggi’s Plain 0 % skyr
Generously add sliced radishes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
