2/3 cup siggi’s Plain 0% yogurt
1 banana, frozen
1 cup packed spinach
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
1/2 cup mango, chunks, frozen
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2-1 cup coconut water, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
1 Tbs honey, optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, using more or less coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
With lots of protein from the yogurt, this smoothie is delicious as a postworkout snack!
