1 round 1-inch thick slice of watermelon
1 cup siggi’s 0% vanilla skyr
1 cup assorted fresh berries
4 tbsp toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
2-3 sprigs fresh mint
Spread the skyr in an even layer over the watermelon slice. Top with berries. Sprinkle coconut over the top and scatter the mint leaves. Cut into six slices and enjoy immediately.
