jalapeno cilantro lime dip

2 cups siggi’s plain skyr
1/4 jalapeno, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 cup cilantro, loosely packed
2 cloves garlic, minced/grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pinch of salt
Puree everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Optional – add a green onion or an avocado!
Dip fresh veggies, crackers and tortilla chips into this jalapeno cilantro lime dip for some light snacking! It also makes for an amazing spread for sandwiches or a dressing for an egg salad or a potato salad!
Note: Use less jalapeno to start and add a bit at a time, taste testing as you go to get it to the desired level of heat.
