Post Workout Smoothie

3/4 – 1 cup of siggi’s vanilla yogurt (can also use plain)
1 banana, frozen
1 cup coconut water
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
