sweet as pie smoothie

1 cup of 0% plain siggi’s
1 cup pre-cooked squash, frozen
1 cup milk (coconut recommended!)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
½ cup ice, optional for thicker smoothies

Combine all ingredients and blend until combined, and enjoy!
