1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup siggi’s Plain 0% Skyr
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup milk
fresh berries to top
Bring milk to a slow boil, then add the oats. Reduce heat to low and cook until the liquid has absorbed.
Add the pinch of salt and continue cooking until nearly done.
Remove from heat and slowly stir in the yogurt. When fully incorporated, put back on low heat to warm throughout, about 2-5 mintues.
Top with your favorite fruit, seeds, nuts, etc.
